Millennium / VPS Certification Course
Course Synopsis: This 10-day course covers all aspects of installation and programming of the Millennium for basic system operation. It provides certification level training in hardware configuration/installation and database entry. The course also includes voice mail training on eOn's voice processing systems. It provides certification level training and instruction in hardware configuration and database entry.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of eOn Communication's Basic Telephony Course or a passing score on the Millennium Placement Test.
Who should attend: Personnel directly responsible for installation and/or day-to-day maintenance of Millennium systems and for the installation, configuration, maintenance and/or administration of eOn's voice processing systems.
Course Synopsis: This 6-day course covers the technical information required for eQueue Multi-Media Contact Center Certification. Included are detailed instruction in hardware configuration/installation and database programming. It is a fast-paced, highly technical course intended for experienced communications personnel.

Who should attend: Personnel involved in the day to day activities in maintaining an eQueue system.
eQueue Administration for System Administrators
Course Synopsis: This 5-day course encompasses the tasks that are required to administer an eQueue in a typical call center. Included topics are: Agent adds/moves/changes, ACD Gates/Groups, Inbound Routing, Skills Based Routing, SoftPhone & physical key assignments, Displays and Reports, Supervisor and Admin WorkSpace.

Who should attend: Personnel responsible for the day to day activity and supervision of an eQueue used in an ACD environment.
eQueue IVR/Recorder Administration
Course Synopsis: This 3-day course covers the activities required to administer an IVR and Recorder used in conjunction with an eQueue. Included are: IVR scripting, eQueue inbound routing and DRTAs associated with an IVR, auto-attendant functionality, recording of audio files, QA & Scheduled recordings, retrieval and analysis of reordings, Recorder WorkSpace interface.

Who should attend: Personnel involved with the administration of the eQueue IVR and/or eQueue Recorder.
