U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement

eOn’s highly flexible platforms are utilized to assist agencies such as U.S. Customs (USCS), Immigration Service & Naturalization Service (INS) and the Department of Agriculture (DOA) in their mission to monitor and protect the nation’s borders and entry points.

 

LaGuardia AirportWith deployments at approximately 100 international airports, the Millennium concurrently serves the activities of USCS, INS and DOA on a single platform.  USCS is responsible for passenger and cargo screening, security monitoring and revenue (duties) document processing.  They are typically co-located at the airport with INS and DOA. The Millennium provides general internal/external communications on both an inter- and intra-agency basis. The eVPS is typically utilized for auto-attendant and voicemail applications.  The size of these installations range from as few as 12 users to as many as 300+ telephones. Coast Guard CutterThere are over 200 eOn deployments in land-based command centers, search and rescue facilities and shipboard applications. The configurable attribute of eOn’s Millennium platform has allowed the U.S. Coast Guard to utilize our products in areas of responsibility (AOR) where a highly reliable platform is essential to accomplishing their respective missions.

 

eOn has specifically modified hardware components to withstand the rigors and adverse environmental conditions that exists on seagoing vessels. We have systems installed in the following locations:
