The intuitive Response Point administrator software allows the user to configure a new phone, change preferences for voicemail or call handling, and create call distribution lists. With a few mouse clicks, the administrator can add and change users and setup phones to ring in a particular department or all incoming calls to be handled by the automated attendant.
